Why not Assasins Promise? you get all recharged and you also get energy whenever you kill a foe.

3 reasons:
1. your target needs to die, which it doesnt always do
2. hexes can be and will be removed
3. recharge of 45 seconds

edited the build for use in HA

OT. bright me finally noticed that this is a PvE forum, on the other hand I couldnt find assassin builds for PvP forum, so I guess this is the best place for this build :P

Anyone considered throwing deadly paradox into the build? While your attack skills are disabled, flourish will overcome this, and give you energy equal to the number of attack skills on your bar. And as you are still in the deadly paradox stance, your attack skills will now recharge twice as fast.

Pretty solid.

Moebius is better for killing the target if it survives the initial spike. If they havent already been healed.

Flourish is better for getting in more combos even if the attack skill is interupted/misses.
